Order processing

• Free standard shipping on all orders AED 299 and above. A charge of AED 40 will be incurred on purchases that do not exceed the AED 299 free shipping threshold. Please note, cost of shipping will vary depending on your choice of delivery method.
• All orders to Dubai and Abu Dhabi are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days, excluding Friday’s and major holidays. All orders to Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days, excluding Friday’s and major holidays.
• Named day delivery will be available across UAE.
• Next Day delivery option is only available in Dubai.
• Click and Collect will only be available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Orders placed after 11pm will be processed on the next working day.
• We are unable to accept orders invoiced or shipped outside the United Arab Emirates.
• All purchases are subject to a credit check before processing. Only orders for which payment is authorized will be processed and shipped.

Order Enquiries

Track your most recent orders by visiting the My Orders page in the My Account section or click here. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your jomalone.ae orders.

When you click on My Orders, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.

After your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number for Aramex. You can directly get in touch with them for detailed information on your parcel and any queries concerning your delivery. You can also verify the delivery status of your order online in Order History in My Account.

Please note, the courier may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is dispatched.

Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing payment information.
• Cannot deliver to address provided.
• Duplicate order was placed.

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please call our Customer Services Team on 8005623 with your order number within one hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Please note as we generally process orders very quickly therefore it may not be possible to prevent your order from being dispatched. In this instance, please return your order once received in accordance with our RETURNS POLICY. back to top
