Delivery Options


Standard Delivery
Delivery within 1 to 5 days.
Orders must be placed by 9 pm for standard delivery (1 day Jeddah, 1-3 days Riyadh & Dammam, 1-5 days other provinces).

 

Rules & Restrictions

All orders are shipped by Aramex.
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once it has been processed and is shipped, you will receive an email updating you on the order's status and your unique tracking number. This can be used to track the shipment directly with the ARAMEX, who will get in touch with you to schedule the delivery.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

All orders are shipped on weekdays from Sunday to Thursday and Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Our courier does not operate on Friday’s. If you wish to receive your purchase on a Saturday (Jeddah Only), please place your order before 8pm on a Thursday to ensure timely delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

The standard delivery time is between 1 to 5 business days.

Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. All orders to Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days in addition to the Public Holiday Period. All orders to other provinces are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days in addition to the Public Holiday Period.

 

Delivery Address

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode. We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
